What Makes This Package Different

Route Knowledge That Matters:

The drivers we work with know all three alternate routes between Rudraprayag and Badrinath. Many tour companies will face a problem if the primary route shuts down.

Our drivers will always have routes taking them through Chamoli or Pipalkoti without delay depending on current road and weather conditions.

Altitude Management:

The tour includes a night stop in Guptkashi (1319m) before Kedarnath (3583m), reducing the chance of altitude sickness when compared to direct access routes used by other agencies.

Transparent Vehicle Pricing:

Rates include all costs for each vehicle, refusing to add hidden fuel surcharges or readjust the tolls based on the number of people booked in the vehicle.

Day-by-Day Breakdown

Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km / 5–6 hours)

The trip will start with a pickup from Delhi and will then go directly to Haridwar. The pathway remains simple and travels through Ghaziabad, Modinagar, and Muzaffarnagar. By the evening, travelers will arrive in Haridwar and check in at their hotels.

The evening will be free for visitors to attend the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Accommodations will be reserved for the duration of the evening in Haridwar.

If you have an extra day, you should also consider our one day Delhi sightseeing tour.

Day 2: Haridwar to Guptkashi (210 km / 7–8 hours)

After breakfast, the drive continues towards Guptkashi. The route follows Rishikesh, Devprayag and Rudraprayag, with confluence points visible throughout the route. The height starts to increase gradually, which helps the body adjust naturally.

After reaching Guptkashi, travelers check into the hotel and relax. An overnight stay at Guptkashi is planned.

Day 3: Guptkashi to Kedarnath

Drive to Sonprayag this morning. Take the shuttle from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. The trek to Kedarnath begins with Gaurikund. The distance to the trek is approximately 17 km with good marking for pony and palki options.

Pilgrims reach Kedarnath by late afternoon or evening and check into the lodge. Darshan can be completed in the evening depending on the arrival time. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Day 4: Kedarnath to Guptkashi

A morning darshan provides more opportunity for a relaxed experience. People that have just completed darshan will start their return from Gaurikund to Sonprayag on a bus. The driver who left Sonprayag will now continue his return journey to Guptkashi.

A night stay remains scheduled in Guptkashi to avoid fatigue.

Day 5: Guptkashi to Badrinath (190 km / 7–8 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. The route remains lovely with mountain curves and steady elevation gain. After reaching Badrinath, tourists check into the hotel and visit the temple for evening darshan.

Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 6: Badrinath to Rudraprayag (160 km / 6–7 hours)

The morning begins with a peaceful Badrinath darshan. Travelers can visit nearby places like Mana Village if time permits. The drive then starts towards Rudraprayag. The road stays smooth and Rudraprayag works well for night halts due to balanced elevation.

Accommodation remains at Rudraprayag.

Day 7: Rudraprayag to Delhi (360 km / 9–10 hours)

After breakfast, you will return to Delhi via a drive back from Srinagar, Rishikesh, and Haridwar. This drop marks the end of your Do Dham Kedarnath Badrinath Yatra.
