Our driver picks you up from your location in Delhi and starts the journey. The car proceeds toward Haridwar along a smooth highway. The drive takes around five to six hours depending on traffic.
You reach Haridwar by afternoon or evening. After checking in, you relax and prepare for the next day. You can visit Har Ki Pauri depending on your available time.
Overnight stay in Haridwar.
The day starts early to avoid the heavy traffic on the mountain road. The car follows the road to Rishikesh and proceeds towards Devprayag. The route continues along the river before passing Srinagar and Rudraprayag.
You reach Guptakashi by evening. This place provides a calm and convenient base for the next leg of the journey. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
The trip continues with a brief drive to Sonprayag, where local jeeps will take you to Gaurikund, starting your trek to Kedarnath (approximately 16 km). The pathway travels through Rambara and Linchauli before arriving at the temple valley.
You will check in at your camping or lodgings close to the temple, take some time to recover from the long trek, and prepare for your morning darshan.
Morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple is very peaceful. After darshan you start descending towards Gaurikund. The downward walk takes less time but needs to be done with a controlled pace.
You reach Sonprayag by jeep and then back to Guptkashi by car. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
